Payment and Delivery Information

Stock status

Most of our items are ready stock and will be ship on next business day or 2 after payment received. If there is possible delay due to unavoidable situation, we inform the buyer as soon as possible by sms or email.

For items that are out of stock or discounted, we should not let the buyer buy and even buyer had bought it, we will either full refund in cash or store credit. The reason is that we can't promise when the stock will be in. This status normally on apply to special import or 1 time stock only or short life span items like electronics items.

Some out of stock item are still allow to make pre-order where buyer can make the purchase but will subject to availability of our supplier. Pre-order duration can range from 2 days to 4 weeks depends where is the source from. In the situation that we are not able to delivery due to short of supply from our supplier, we will either full refund in cash or store credit.

Shipping Charge

We provide free shipping within Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak for order amount RM50 and above . However, some large in volume or heavy in weight product might be excluded from this offer. We will make a remark with highlight on items that will incur extra charge for shipping.

For order that less than RM50, RM8 will be charge for shipping fee, handling fee and etc.

For shipping charge to other country, please email to sales@preciousgadget.com for postage according to the weight & country.

Delivery method

We ship our items using PosLaju which is wide in coverage, reliable with fair charge. Most shipment via PosLaju will have insurance covered except items that excluded from PosLaju. Yes, the insurance will pay by us and buyer do not have to pay for the insurance.

We can gaurantee all items will reach our buyer's hand in Item Original Condition. In the event of lost or damaged parcel, we will take responsibility and compensate buyer.

As for delivery duration, it is veried depends on desitnation. All our items will ship from KL and will takes 1 business day to most city and towns and longest to 3 business days according to PosLaju. Anyway, a tracking no will be given to track the movement of the parcel.

Self-pickup is also available but limited to orders that are above RM50 only. Self-pickup locations are Sri Hartamas, Mont Kiara, Kepong and Segambut during weekdays and Cheras and Mid-Valley during weekends but at our convenience. Please contact us for details and also making appointment to set a time and meeting location as early as possible.

Payment Method

At the moment, we dont accept credit card payment but soon we will implement it via paypal.

For time being, payment can make by online transfer or bank in via counter or cash deposit machine to the following bank accounts :-

Cash on collection is only available for orders that are above RM50 and strictly only for ready stock item(s) or partially paid pre-order item(s). Certian slow moving pre-order item(s) or pre-order item(s) below RM1000 require full payment before collection.
