I ordered a Spider Arca-Swiss clamp. Seller was very clear on what I needed in order to use the clamp - he didn't want me buying something that I couldn't use! Super thoughtful about customer's needs instead of his revenue and profit margin - my kind of seller! And his prices are outstanding! Needless to say, this is the first place I'll look for my photography accessories...

Sea - 15 Aug 2014 Bought the black widow spider holster kit, and it was worth every cent spend. It really felt different when you can use both hands freely yet being able to take a shot when you need to, while carrying a compact felt like theres no weight at all. More importantly is the service provided. Seller was extremely friendly, and even guided me through the introduction of the system, even providing the pros and cons so i knew i was fully informed prior to purchase. Highly recommended and would come back if I were looking for other things :)

My 1st time buying the SG-SCS SpiderPro Single Camera System from Precious Gadget. Suppose to arrive to me by poslaju at my office but he told me he can't manage to deliver it to post laju on time so he hand delivered it me to me personally to my home on the same day he promise it will arrive. Now this is what i call excellent customer service. Will surely get more stuff here. well done Precious Gadget!

PreciousGadget service is fast and efficient. Here in Sabah I received my item 24 hours after it shipped out. Packaging was great, and follow-up emails from their customer service were fast. I recommend this vendor, and wish them well with their business.
